Happy 1st Birthday
Today is Isaac's First Birthday! Happy Birthday Isaac!
Since grandma was sick, I took off yesterday to hang out with the Ikester. It was a fun and
exciting sick day. We woke up around 7am, ate breakfast with mommy, took about a 2 hour nap (Ike and daddy both napped), then spent the rest of the day playing with all of our new toys (and some of our old ones). The leftover balloons were really cracking him up. He would put one up against his face and then against mine... giggling the whole time.
Although he doesn't look super happy in the photo, Ike was also pretty amazed today when he pulled himself up onto the windowsill and realized for the first time that he could see outside.
He is also getting closer to walking. He has been spending time pushing around his walker wagon (although he can't turn or turn around) and he was doing some half crawling, half walking yesterday (hands and feet vs hands and knees).
