Another Decent Night's Sleep
Yesterday was a pretty good day. Our baby announcements (through Yahoo Photos) came in the mail and they look pretty good. Considering we were able to buy 60 from Yahoo for what it would have cost to get 12 from the hospital affiliated photographer (Growing Family), they are Very good. We gave Ike a sponge bath last night. We still can't give him a regular bath until what is left of his cord falls off. That kid does not like to be naked. I changed him downstairs (which he despises) and just put a diaper on him with the intent of taking it off as soon as we reached the top of the stairs and started bathing him. In that few minutes, he had already wet his diaper. The sponge bathing wasn't too bad (of course Crystal did all the work). After the bathing, we continued the torture by giving him his vitamins (with a little dropper). He is supposed to hate them, but doesn't really seem to mind. I think there might be something else in those vitamins since every time we give them to him his eyes bug out like crazy. It was a terrific night of sleeping. He slept from 10pm - 1am and then from 2:30 am - 6:00 am. What I wonderful night!
